Nothing can be easier than a slow cooker cooked pot roast. Just throw in the ingredients and you have a quick and easy meal prep recipe that you can't stop eating!

 3 lbs Chuck Roast
 2 Chopped OnionsNot finely chopped
 2 lbs Fingerling or small potatoes - Halved or Quartered
 4 tbsp Better Than Bullion Seasoning
 4 cups Red Wine - Pinot NoirSubstitute Water to make Broth - Or Substitute Beef Broth
 1 cup Sliced Carrots

Combine all into a crock pot.

Should be more to it, but there really isn't. Add the meat first, pour over the wine and all the rest of your ingredients. Put the timer on slow cook.

Slow cooking is really preferred. 6 to 8 hours is best.
