This is a family favorite and a very easy meal to make.  Pair with either mashed potatoes or mashed cauliflower for a perfect pairing.  Drizzle the "steak" with some simple herb gravy and you will want this every week!

 1 lb Grass Fed Ground Beef
 1 OnionChopped finely and pre-cooked
 1 Egg
 2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
 1 tsp Ground Sage
 Salt - to taste
 Pepper - to taste
 ¼ cup Seasoned BreadcrumbsAdd more as needed to firm up

Chop and Cook the Onion

Add lard/bacon fat to the pan

Add your chopped onions and cook until just starting to brown.

Add the cooked onions to a bowl and let them cool thoroughly!! You will be adding your beef and egg next and we don't want the egg to cook.

Add the rest of the ingredients

Add in the rest of the ingredients and mix thoroughly with hand.

TIP: Keep the bread crumbs out and the top open. Mix with one hand leaving the other clean and able to sprinkle more bread crumbs in as needed to thicken the mix.

Your mix should look something like this.

Separate into four balls and from them into elongated patties. Fry in a pan 5 to 7 minutes on each side until cooked fully through.
