This easy to make and prepare beef stew will have you enjoying and eating for days with this quick recipe.

 2 lbs Stew Beef Chunked
 1.50 lbs Fingerling Potatoes
 ½ Bag of Carrots Sliced or Diced
 2 Sweet Onions Chopped
 4 cups Red Wine
 4 tbsp Better than bullion

Put the instapot on sear. Add in some butter or oil and add your stew meat. Cook until browned and fully cooked.

Remove beef and add in the onion and cook until translucent.

Add back in the beef and the remaining ingredients. Put your instapot on pressure cook and set the timer for 25 minutes.

Put into 5 or 6 glass containers for meal prep
